How does it work?

It is a straightforward, easy to install, effective bed mount/rack solution.  The OG VersaRak was conceived around the idea that hauling packout boxes and gear should be easier than screwing a thick plastic base into your Generals bed.  The idea grew legs and became something not yet seen on the market.  A fully modular bed mounted base unit with the ability to expand into a 2nd & 3rd tier rack system by adding on a simple expansion kit.  The OG VersaRak works by installing to existing bolt locations in the Polaris General dump bed and providing a heavy duty simple to use mounting system to hold all your packout & other gear.  What started as a "Milwaukee" packout based mount has evolved into a highly configurable dump bed base & rack unit.  As we release mounting plate options for other popular box brands, you'll be able to setup the VersaRak exactly as you need.

The OG VersaRak is a fully modular mounting system for your Polaris General, being offered first with the "Milwaukee" packout mounting plates and expansion into other box systems coming soon.  Simply change out the stainless steel mounting plates for the box system of your choice, mix & match, or strap down any gear with our unique removable center hook plate. Mounting plates have symmetrical mounts for reversible action allowing inward or outward accessibility to your cargo.  The OG team considers the bed mounted position as tier-1 with above the bed rails being tier-2 and above the rear window center-line being tier-3.  We are working on the bolt-on rack expansion pack which provides an easy to install transformation kit giving you a 2nd & 3rd tier bed rack unit.  Our focus is on modular configuration, where the sky is the limit for what add-ons & accessories our team will develop. Compatibility:

The OG VersaRak is compatible with all model years & trim packages of the Polaris General. The stainless steel mounting plates for packout boxes will fit all fullsize packout box options without the need to cut off the base feet or modify your boxes in any form (half size boxes need the front feet clearanced). This system keeps the Polaris eyelets completely functional in the bed and can work with other bed rail mounted racks pending enough clearance to your gear.
